The Committee on Finance and Banking recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine regarding Mortgage Bonds

The Bill (Reg. No.2613) introduces amendments to the Laws "On Mortgage Bonds", ‘On State Regulation of the Stock Market in Ukraine", "On Restoration of Debtor´s Solvency or Declaration of Bankruptcy", "On Auditing", which aim at enhancement of the level of protection of investors´ rights as regards mortgage bonds, and regulation of activity of mortgage coverage administrators.
